Return & Exchange Terms
All returns or exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase, including the time required for the returned item to be delivered to our designated location.
Please provide your order number, product name/barcode, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Returned or exchanged products must be unused, unopened, in good condition, resalable, and kept in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Clearance items, special offer items, and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
In the event of any dispute, Heeipaw reserves the right to make the final decision.
Heeipaw monitors suspicious account activities and reserves the right to refuse transactions, charge applicable fees, and/or close accounts based on order or return behaviors.
To speed up the process, please send photos/images of the relevant issue before contacting us. You can contact our customer service team, and we will assist you throughout the return and exchange process.
Refund & Processing Time
If your return arrives at Heeipaw within the specified 14-day period, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive a refund notification via email.
Please note: After Heeipaw issues the refund notification, your bank may require additional time to process and complete the refund.
