Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are typically processed, packed, and delivered within 3–7 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


Multiple Shipments

To provide faster service, some orders may be shipped from different fulfillment centers.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
